With Velora, you can expect a luxury experience where your invitation suite is custom designed to reflect the heart of your celebration. Each project begins with a deep understanding of your vision, allowing your stationery to become the first glimpse into the atmosphere you want your guests to step into. Custom artwork and branding are available as an optional enhancement for a truly personal touch. Premium papers, specialty printing, wax seals, and curated embellishments are selected with intention and assembled by hand. Matching signage is also available upon request for an additional investment. The process is calm and seamless, with printing, addressing, assembly, and mailing all taken care of so you can simply enjoy the journey.
The Process
Inquiry
Once you submit your initial inquiry, you’ll receive a more detailed questionnaire by email, usually within a few hours. After reviewing your responses, I will create a design board with visual inspiration and initial ideas for your suite. You will also receive THREE package options at different price points so you can choose the direction that feels right for you.
Booking and Deposit
After you select the package that best suits your needs, I will send your contract. A 50% deposit reserves your project and allows the design process to begin. Once booking is complete, we will schedule a phone call to walk through your vision, refine details, and ensure we are aligned before design begins.
Design & Delivery
Once your design is approved, the rest is taken care of for you. Printing, addressing, assembly, and mailing are all handled on your behalf, creating a calm, seamless experience from start to finish. You can simply enjoy the journey while your invitations are brought to life and sent out with care.
Your Investment
Most couples invest at least $1,800 into their invitations and save the dates. Your final pricing depends on guest count, chosen details, and how many pieces are included in your suite. Full suites with rehearsal dinner stationery and day-of details, and wedding and event signage are available for an additional investment.
